UV Moisture Dual Cure

UV9101 has UV plus NCO moisture/heat curing combined curing characteristics. It has excellent adhesion to various substrates and has three-proof protection under various complex working conditions. It has moderate viscosity and can be sprayed. It has excellent yellowing resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance, high gloss, and resistance to high and low temperature moisture and salt spray.

Nine-functional aliphatic polyurethane

UV3911 is highly reactive and fast curing. It has high cross-linking density, high density, high hardness, appropriate flexibility, good scratch and abrasion resistance, excellent yellowing resistance and high viscosity.

Hexafunctional aliphatic polyurethane

UV3680 has high hardness, low energy, fast curing, water and chemical resistance, low viscosity (without monomer), excellent wettability to pigments and fillers, and high cost performance.

Difunctional aromatic polyurethane

UV3633 is fast curing, high hardness, and scratch resistant. It has moderate yellowing resistance. It has excellent adhesion to various plastic substrates such as PC and ABS. It has good adhesion to substrates such as paper, bamboo, wood, and metal.

Hexafunctional aliphatic polyurethane

UV3611 is fast curing and high hardness. Excellent abrasion resistance and scratch resistance. Yellowing resistance. Water resistance and chemical resistance.

Tetrafunctional aliphatic polyurethane

UV3422 has excellent adhesion to metal. Good wettability and flexibility. Fast curing and good leveling. It is used as the main resin in printing varnish and ink.

Difunctional aromatic polyurethane

UV3266 is flexible and has excellent PVD coating properties. It cures quickly and is cost-effective. The hardness and flexibility are adjusted in the formula to balance the resistance to boiling water, salt spray, high and low temperature, and hot and cold cycle performance.

Difunctional aliphatic polyurethane

UV3255 is flexible and has excellent PVD coating properties. It cures quickly and has excellent yellowing resistance. The hardness and flexibility are adjusted in the formula, and the resistance to water boiling, salt spray, high and low temperature, and hot and cold cycle is balanced, and the solvent resistance is good.
